Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information the Nemo AI Network app ("Nemo", "we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the app you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

  • Account details — the email and username you provide at sign-up, and an encrypted (hashed) form of your password. We never store passwords in plain text.
  • Activity data — your balance, claims, spins, referrals, streaks, tiers, and completed tasks, so the rewards system can work.
  • Device information — a generated device identifier used to detect duplicate or fraudulent accounts, your platform (Android/iOS), and a push token if you enable notifications.
  • Usage analytics — anonymous events such as sign-ups and app opens, used to improve the product.

How we use your information

  • To operate your account and the claim, spin, and referral features.
  • To prevent fraud, abuse, and multiple-account activity.
  • To send service messages and, if you opt in, push notifications.
  • To measure and improve app performance.

Sharing and third parties

We do not sell your personal information. We use a few service providers only as needed to run the app: cloud hosting for our backend and database, a transactional email provider for verification and password-reset emails, Google Firebase Cloud Messaging for notifications, and Google AdMob if rewarded ads are shown.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your information while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and data at any time from our Account Deletion page or in the app under Settings. On deletion, your personal data and records are permanently removed, except where limited records must be retained for legal or fraud-prevention reasons.

Your rights

  • View and update your profile in the app.
  • Turn push notifications off anytime in Settings.
  • Delete your account and data — see Delete Account.

Children

Nemo is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the date below reflects the latest version.
